Make an appointment with a tutor from the Center for Academic Success and Advising (CASA). 

CASA is located on the main floor in the Leah Peterson Learning Commmons.  Tutoring is a FREE service for all registered NNU students. Tutors are available in 18 different subject specialties including APA, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Writing, and Pathophysiology.

Need help after hours?  Purdue Online Writing Lab can be helpful for citation questions, or use Grammarly or BrainFuse.

    Grammarly: Online Grammar Checker & Grammar Tutor

    Students, faculty and staff have free access to an automated grammar tutor and revision tool for students. Grammarly is funded by Center for Online and Blended Learning and Title III.

    To access the program, go to and register using your institutional email address. Once you have registered you will receive an email confirming your registration.
