The Online Writing Lab (OWL) at Purdue University is a great resource on citing sources in various formats.

Citation Management Systems

The following are free, web-based citation management systems. For some, there is software to download. NOTE: Electronically generated citations should be verified for accuracy with OWL at Purdue or the citation style manuals.


Grammarly: Online Grammar Checker & Grammar Tutor

Students, faculty and staff have free access to an automated grammar tutor and revision tool for students. Grammarly is funded by Title III funds.

To access the program, go to and register using your NNU email address. Once you have registered you will receive an email confirming your registration.

Revision Tool
