Using Riley Library: How do I request something?

How to use the resources of the library at Northwest Nazarene University.

Delivery

Allow 7-10 business days for delivery of tangible items.

Allow 2-3 business days for delivery of materials in digital format.

You may make arrangements for books to be sent to you through U.S. Postal Service at the library's expense (please indicate a desire for books to be mailed in the Comments line) but return postage is the responsibility of the borrower.

Articles and chapters are sent as PDF attachments to your NNU email address and are your copies to keep.

Please contact the library (208-467-8611) if you place a request and do not get a confirmation email from the library within 2 business days.  To prevent your requests from being lost in campus spam filters, we urge you to always use your NNU Gmail account when placing your requests or corresponding with the library

Databases - submitting a request

When searching for articles in the library's databases you can submit a request directly.  Look for the links to "Request an Interlibrary Loan" or "Find a copy".  These links will take you directly to a form where you can provide your contact information and submit the request.
